1 General Terms and Conditions

99cv (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and entertainment service operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between you and 99cv.

This platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Minors are prohibited from creating or using an account. We reserve the right to verify a user's age and may request proof of age at any time.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Deposits and withdrawals on the 99cv platform are available via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 500 (five hundred taka).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 1,000 (one thousand taka).
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile banking number registered on your account.
• Maximum daily withdrawal limit: BDT 1,00,000 (one lakh taka).
• If a suspicious transaction is detected, payment may be held until verification is complete.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

99cv offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions that must be read before acceptance. By claiming a bonus, you agree to its associated terms.

• Welcome Bonus: New members get a 100% bonus on their first deposit. Wagering requirement is 15x the deposit + bonus amount.
• Reload Bonus: Separate terms apply for the weekly reload bonus.
• Cashback: Cashback is earned within a specified period; wagering must be completed before withdrawal.
• When bonus funds and real funds are mixed, bonus funds will be used first.
• Participating in more than one bonus offer at the same time is not permitted.
• In any bonus-related dispute, the decision of 99cv is final.

5 Gaming Rules
